Nagarjuna to romance Chitrangada Singh

Noted Bollywood actress Chitrangada Singh, best known for her role in critically-acclaimed Hazaaron Khwaishen Aisi (2003), has been finalized to be the heroine in action hero Nagarjuna's next film (tentatively titled 23).

To be directed by debutant Kiran Kumar and produced by D. Siva Prasad Reddy under the banner of Kamakshi Kala Movies, the film is scheduled to start rolling from July 24.

Apart from 23, D. Siva Prasad Reddy is planning another film with Nagarjuna under the direction of Sreenu Vaitla. This film is likely to be on the lines of the Oscar-winner Slumdog Millionaire.

Meanwhile, Nagarjuna’s last film King, which raked in Rs. 15 crore in the opening week itself, is being dubbed in Tamil as Pattukkottai Azhagiri and will grace theatres soon.
