Irrfan Khan thinks Shriya is better than Nandana Sen

The extremely versatile and talented actor seems to be pretty outspoken too! After his co-star in the movie Choli Ke Peeche, Nandana Sen daughter of the renowned  Amartya Sen, decided to opt out of the project due to the level of nudity involved, Irrfan was quick recommend Shriya Reddy.
The actress turned singer first came into the public eye after winning the VJ hunt by Southern Spice Music.
Her popularity on Southern Spice got her movie career started through the Malayalam film Black.
Her last release was Veyyil in 2006 with Tamil stars Bharath and Bhavana. Irrfan reveals that he think Shriya's face is more suited to the role of a tribal girl in Choli Ke Peeche than Nandana Sen's sharp features. And he has a suggestion if Shriya feels uncomfortable about nudity - a body double.
The movie is based on eminent litterateur Mahashweta Devi's short story that has been considered quiet provoking in its subject matter. Irrfan's role in the movie is that of a Bengali photographer and the actor reveals that he's often been confused for a Bengali.
